Nine people who would rather do less, better.
Snoveo is a studio, not an agency. No sales team, no resource pool, no junior handed your project after the pitch.
It started as a complaint.
Between us we had spent years inside agencies watching the same thing happen. The people who won the work were never the people who did it. Timelines were set before anyone understood the problem. Quality was the first thing traded away when a date slipped.
So in 2019 we started something smaller on purpose. A studio where the person in your kickoff call is the person writing the code, and where we would rather turn work down than take on more than we can do properly.
That has stayed true through 127 projects. We are nine people now, spread across four countries, working with founders and teams who care about the details as much as we do. We are not trying to be the biggest studio. We are trying to be the one you recommend.

Build software people are glad to open, for businesses that cannot afford to get it wrong.
Most software is tolerated rather than enjoyed. We think that gap is where the commercial advantage sits, and it is almost always a matter of care rather than budget.
A world where good software is not reserved for companies with a thousand engineers.
A twelve person company should be able to ship something that feels as considered as anything from a tech giant. That is the whole reason this studio exists.
Four rules we have not broken yet.
Fewer projects, more attention
We take on a handful of clients at a time. It costs us revenue and it is the only way the work stays good.
Say the awkward thing early
If a deadline is unrealistic or a feature is a bad idea, you hear it in week one, not in the retrospective.
Designers and engineers, same room
No throwing files over a wall. The person drawing it and the person building it are in the same conversation.
We check back after launch
Launch is the midpoint, not the finish. We look at what the numbers did and tell you honestly what we would change.
Small on purpose.
Nine senior people, no juniors learning on your budget, and no account manager sitting between you and the work.
Plus three specialists we bring in for motion, illustration, and security reviews when a project needs them.
Six reasons the second project usually follows the first.
Fast where it counts
We budget performance like a feature and measure it every release. Real devices, real networks, no vanity scores.
Design that does a job
Good-looking is the floor. Every screen is built to move someone one step closer to buying.
Code you can keep
Typed, tested, documented, handed over. No lock-in, and no rewrite forced on you in eighteen months.
A short path to a decision
Small team, few layers. Questions get answered in hours rather than routed through an account manager.
You talk to the makers
The people on your calls are the people writing the code, so nothing gets lost in translation.
Judged on what changed
We track load times, signups, and revenue after launch. Shipping a lot is not the same as helping.
Tell us what you are trying to build.
A 30 minute call, no deck and no pressure. If we are not the right fit we will say so, and usually point you somewhere better.
