Taking on two projects for Q1

Software that earns its place on the home screen.

We are a small studio that designs and builds websites, mobile apps, and AI-powered products. Senior people only, working directly with you.

What we do

Five things, done properly, instead of twenty done adequately.

All services
Why us

What actually makes the difference.

Most studios promise the same things. These are the ones we are willing to be measured on.

Fast where it counts

We budget performance like a feature and measure it every release. Real devices, real networks, no vanity scores.

Design that does a job

Good-looking is the floor. Every screen is built to move someone one step closer to buying.

Code you can keep

Typed, tested, documented, handed over. No lock-in, and no rewrite forced on you in eighteen months.

A short path to a decision

Small team, few layers. Questions get answered in hours rather than routed through an account manager.

You talk to the makers

The people on your calls are the people writing the code, so nothing gets lost in translation.

Judged on what changed

We track load times, signups, and revenue after launch. Shipping a lot is not the same as helping.

How it goes

Ten weeks, five stages, no black boxes.

You see working software every two weeks and can change direction while it is still cheap to do so.

  1. Discover

    Week 1

A week of questions. We map goals, users, and constraints, then send back a scope, a timeline, and a fixed price.

  2. Design

    Weeks 2 to 3

Flows first, then wireframes, then finished UI in Figma. Nothing gets built until you have seen it and signed off.

  3. Build

    Weeks 4 to 9

Two-week cycles, each ending in a working demo you can click. You steer while it is still cheap to change course.

  4. Test

    Week 10

Real devices, edge cases, accessibility, and load. We would rather find the ugly problems than have your users find them.

  5. Launch

    Ongoing

We deploy, watch the graphs, and fix whatever surfaces in the first weeks. Then we sit down and plan what is next.

Stack

Boring technology, chosen on purpose.

We pick tools with long support horizons and large hiring pools, so you are never stuck with something only we can maintain.

Selected work

Four problems, and what we did about them.

Nimbus

Analytics platform / 2024

Event data was piling up faster than anyone could read it. We built a copilot that answers questions in plain English and shows its working.

Vela

Commerce / 2024

A storefront that took 4.2 seconds to load and lost people at checkout. Rebuilt headless, down to 0.6 seconds, with a three-step checkout.

Orbit Health

Mobile / 2023

Clinic staff needed records in basements with no signal. Offline-first from the start, with secure messaging and reminders that actually arrive.

Forge

Internal tools / 2023

Seven spreadsheets, four owners, and nightly copy-paste. Replaced with one platform where scheduling and inventory finally agree with each other.

What they said afterwards.

We had already burned six months with another agency. Snoveo had something in front of real customers in seven weeks. The difference was that they asked better questions before writing anything.
MRMarcus ReedFounder, Nimbus
They pushed back on about half my ideas. It was irritating at the time and completely correct in hindsight. Checkout conversion is up 41 percent.
ECElena CostaHead of Growth, Vela
Two weeks after launch we hit a nasty scaling problem at 2am. Someone from their team was in the thread before I had finished writing up what was wrong.

Questions

The things people ask before signing.

Something not covered here? Email us and you will get a straight answer, not a sales sequence.

Most websites land between 8K and 20K. Apps and custom software usually start around 25K and go up with scope. After one call we send a fixed price, and it does not move unless you change what you asked for.

Tell us what you are trying to build.

A 30 minute call, no deck and no pressure. If we are not the right fit we will say so, and usually point you somewhere better.
